Please note that custom-engineered doors and specialized hardware may be subject to restocking fees or specific exclusions due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the product in its original heavy-duty crate or box, ensuring all mounting hardware, tracks, and installation manuals are included.

  Inspection and Quality Check

  Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the components for any signs of installation, damage, or missing parts.

  Receive Your Refund

  Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, with the total amount credited back to your original payment method minus any applicable shipping or restocking costs.
